Stacy is a wonderful instructor. Her classes are always fun and provide a thorough workout for your entire body. I always feel wonderful after her classes. Every class has a theme, and every class has variety. I’ve been taking classes with Stacy for about seven years and rarely miss a session. I have observed over the past seven years of classes with Stacy is I have greatly improved my strength, balance and flexibility. Extremely important since I am a “senior” citizen! I also have fewer back, knee and hip problems; all which existed prior to yoga.

She never gets boring. In addition she asks what we want to work on and she can immediately alter the class to fit our needs.
